How long should it take to lose 4 stone?
With a healthy diet of around 1500 calories a day (as 5 smaller meals a day), one 'treat' day a week (to save me going insane lol!), monday to friday doing an hour workout at the gym (weekends I cant go as I have 3 kids), can I expect to have lost the weight by this time next year? I want to do it the healthy way, and know 1-2 pounds is a healthy amount to lose a week, so would 4 stone be a reasonable expectation by this time next year?
No offense, and thank you so much for such a detailed reply, but i'd rather be overweight than follow that!I 'm 32, I have 3 kids, am an Avon rep and am a psychology student, I can just about find the time to do what i'm doing already! Plus even looking at that diet makes me feel queasy (raw eggs? Never gonna happen lol!!). But thank you so much!

Ok your young but i was in the army corp so could you handle it i will give you a guaranteed routine to make you cry but give you results.
10 cross sit ups, 10 push ups, 10 chin bars, 20 squat thrusts, 15 star jumps, do this 3times daily for 1 week
week 2 double the amount
week 3 triple the amount
week 4 100 sit ups, 40 clap press ups, 40 chin bars, 50 star jumps, 100 suicides, continue this routine and watch your back work
within 3 months you will be like an ox
now substitute elements take L-Carnitine this turns fat into muscle rapidly, 2 raw eggs mixed with milk will give you enough protein per session, take this substance 2 daily, breakfast should be just plain pasta,
Eat plenty of banana's this helps with your metabolism.
Ok you want to aim to be jogging 1.5 miles in 15mins don't sprint take your time otherwise can do bad damage

Just so you now you should never lessen the amount of calories per day, there is a guideline for a reason women are meant to have 2000, follow this routine and eat normal even fatty foods, wont make a difference with it. i can help you through it just PULSE me and i cantell you day-day what to do eat and how much. Support you through the tuff times when you crave bad foods..
