About extreme lightheadedness?
I know everyone gets lightheaded from standing up too quickly and stuff like that; but I'm wondering how much is cause for concern. I work in a library putting books away and the l more i do it (getting up and down off the floor) the woozier I get , and extremely tired. I know I'm not anemic and the last time I checked my blood pressure was fine and ive only fainted once about ten years ago. I'm wondering if this is normal and I'm just a wuss or if it's not - none of the other shelvers seem to know what I'm talking about when I complain that getting up And down is ridiculously hard. also I'm only twenty.
Would be interested to hear anyones opinion.

checking your blood pressure once doesn't support that you're in the ok zone. if you can, you need to check your blood pressure through out the day systematically lying down, sitting and standing up. if anything, get up slowly from sitting, stand and wait a minute or so before you start working. make sure you're drinking enough water and getting enough sleep too :)
