Multiple AA's? Masters degree?

Hey so I'm currently working on my BA but recently was awarded an AA from Community College. I know they're pointless but I got it because it's something to fill a resume with and better then nothing. But I found out I only need two additional classes to get a second AA. Is it worth it?

Second. I talked with some of my prof. about the value of a Masters degree. Most of them agreed, along with my cousin who's very educated, that it can over qualify you for a job. Employers don't want to have to pay you more, especially with your lack of exp. fresh out of college, for a Masters degree person. When someone with a BA/BS can do the same work. Is that true? Or should I try for a masters?

Thank you.

The second AA isn't worth it unless it's in a very different field from your other degrees; an associates in nursing is worth a lot more than an associates in general studies. Don't bother getting a graduate degree unless it's required for the job you want it doesn't always pay more.

Master's degree: it all depends on the job you seek. Some people return to school later. You can earn your masters now and apply it later (leave it off your application and use it it for a promotion later) No matter how you go, the degree will benefit you.

multiple A.A.'s are useless. an AA is only used if you don't plan on any more schooling or for a certification.
