GTA San Andrea: Architectural Espionage, problem. From the casino I start the mission, go to get the camera from the tourists, then head to the City Planning Department. I speak to the secretary lady, and after she tells me the plans are upstairs. The screen tells me the plans are located upstairs. However, the door I'm directed to go through, right next to the security guard that opens to the staircase, doesn't open for me. I've followed http://gta.wikia.com/Architectural_Espionage to a T. I can only assume I'm missing some game progress that won't allow me to progress further, but what? Thank you.

What white collar jobs, that require little to no physical work, require a Master's Degree in Communication, not just a BA?

Do you pay up front when you make the reservation, when you checkin or after you use the hotel and are checking out? And if you make a reservation in advance, but have to cancel if before your checkin date, are you charged anything?

Hey so I'm currently working on my BA but recently was awarded an AA from Community College. I know they're pointless but I got it because it's something to fill a resume with and better then nothing. But I found out I only need two additional classes to get a second AA. Is it worth it?

Second. I talked with some of my prof. about the value of a Masters degree. Most of them agreed, along with my cousin who's very educated, that it can over qualify you for a job. Employers don't want to have to pay you more, especially with your lack of exp. fresh out of college, for a Masters degree person. When someone with a BA/BS can do the same work. Is that true? Or should I try for a masters?

I had my wisdom teeth taken out last week and forgot to ask the doc. He put me on some minor antibiotics just to keep the open gums from getting infected. I finish those antibiotics tmrw (Thursday). So would it be ok to have a couple beers the next day or the following (Friday or Saturday)? -- I'm not an alcoholoic or anything but its my friends bday celebration and I would like to join in w/ just 1/2/3 beers. healthcare reforms getting passed. im reading and children with preexisting conditions (PEC'S) can not be denied coverage immediately. when will that kick in for adults? when it does take affect, whenever that is, and adults with PECs can not be denied, will they be forced to pay more for their coverage?

*please no personal opinions on the reform bill. just looking for answers to my questions. thx.
