wheres the cheapest place to get a desktop computer?

hi i just need a cheap new desktop computer w/ the mouse keyboard speakers all together with no monitor. something cheap that works. i was going to get this from walmart --> http://www.walmart.com/eMachines-EL1300G-01W-Deskt... for $268. its all i need and its pretty cheap. are there any other sites/places where i could find something comparable for cheaper? thx. computer is just to update the old desktop i have now to hook up a router too so ill have internet on the laptop and do just some basic school work, internet browsing, maybe play some basic omputer games etc. thx again.

actually i think windows 7 comes out the 22nd. thinking about waiting til then, only a couple weeks.

    eMachines are junk. I purchased one the motherboard went bad along with the memory and the hard drive after having it for a year and a half. Follow this link http://www.dell.com/us/en/home/desktops/desktop-in...

    it cost the same as the emachine and you will get a much better pc along with Dell support which is much better then emachines **** a@@ suppport.

    I always just wait for those huge Thanksgiving sales..

    Even though you're trying to save money E-machines is not really a trusted brand. The lowest I would go for is Dell, but HP is good if you catch a great sale!

    Be careful when trying to find the cheapest electronics...with the title of "cheapest" doesn't always come the title of "best". So don't necessarily aim for the lowest of the lowest price.

    wal-mart is good and I had an e machine for about 4 years and I got another one. gave the other one to my sis and she still has it going. Its 6 yrs old now
