How to treat a stress fracture?
I have a stress fracture on the top of my foot near my middle toe. After 4 weeks it is only getting worse. Any suggestions on how to help it heal?
P.S. I cannot go back to the doctor because I do not have health ins.
Thanks in advance..

if you cannot go to the doctor, stay off the foot and use crutches. put no pressure on your toes.
