Cooking food yourself is much better then going out all the time. Eating out all the time will cause some major weight gain. On average you're only suppose to eat fast food like for ex: McDonnell's, once every 8 weeks. Eating out at nice places is different but its a ***** on your pockets. Try making easy, quick, and heathy meals, they have them all over the internet. In other words, It is worth it to not look like the majority of Americans today.

It is much healthier to cook at home and you deserve decent food even if it's only for yourself. To me it's a matter of self respect. And I can try new dishes and not worry if they turn out right or not. I love to cook and can't imagine letting anything stop me.

why not do both?
cooking for 1 is quite hard, so i always end up cooking about 3-4 meals in one go.. and eat it consecutively.
my cooking skills are limited... so eventually all my food starts tasting the same. but if you mix it up, you won't get bored as easy.
