Is this a good workout plan?
Alright so I'm trying to get a stronger chest/arms.
I'm pretty skinny.
6'3
8% body comp.
144lb.
For the last few days I've done 100 pushups and 30 pullups, as well as 30 crunches.
If I continue to do this for, let's say a month, will I notice some results?
I've been told to eat a lot. I have 5-6 meals a day with a protein shake I take in the morning.
I would say that each day i'm taking in about 3000 calories a day.

do more than that, join a gym and lift weights and change up your workout to confuse your muscles and dont just eat a lot, eat good foods that arent high in fat or sodium. you should notice results then and you might want to eat more if you want to get big because youre naturally really skinny.. one more thing, work on your legs too. youll just look dumb with a big chest and arms and tiny legs hahahha
