How to avoid sun burn?

Sun temperature is increasing day by day, any suggestion how to avoid sun burns/infection

    1. Keep your skin covered (except for a few minutes) between 900AM and 4 PM.

    2. I once did, by PRE-applying all of my uncovered skin with FRESH Aloe vera gel, from our own plant.

    (I had always sunburned before, but didn't that time, at all.)

    spread sun cream on your beautiful face if possible.

    apply parachute coconut oil or any tht use... before having bath..

    sunblock. it is available in any departmental or cosmetic store. do apply that.
