Should I try laxatives?
I've haven't really been doing much...solid waste releasing lately(as in not for a few days now) I'm kinda worried that it's causing me to feel puffy and not really helping the scale go down(before this issue, it was going smoothly)
I follow a vegan diet and I already get plenty of fiber...I eat lots of veggies like broccoli, peas, black beans, etc, and almost all whole grains. I also exercise quite often and drink nothing but water and some hot tea so that's not the issue either.
Anyways, I'm wondering if laxatives are the way to go in order to get me back on track and maybe stop this puffiness/weight issue.
I'm not at a healthy weight yet as I still have extra fat to lose. Also I know that I 'm not near my menstrual cycle...obviously I know that it causes puffiness. It's still another 2 weeks away

Your weight loss may have slowed due to the fact that your body is protecting the weight that it is at. In other words, you may be at a healthy weight. There are other reasons that can cause puffiness. Your menstrual cycle is one, stress is another, high salt intake is another, and your imagination. I would say no to the laxative.
