Does anyone have any idea when one would have been likely to purchase this ammo? I.e., what is the likelihood that you have some if you've been in a gun store buying ammo in the last x months?

I've been handloading .223 for a while and I'm frankly pretty impressed that it's even possible to overload this caliber.. unless they just used the wrong powder.
