WWII QUestion......................?

What were the main things the Army did in WWII? What was thier specific role...just the ARMY

    They mostly fought the Germans in the European theatre.

    There were no Nuclear missiles during WW2. They did not perfect the Atomic Bomb until 1945. The main job of the Army was to fight the Enemy, and gain Ground.
