Nasal congestion! Help!?

Hello, I've been having this nasal congestion problem for some time now (six months), and I was wondering if you guys knew any good sprays, pills, or something that will alleviate my symptoms.

I have tried a bunch of sprays that made my congestion go away, but after long-term use it gave me a "rebound congestion." At the moment I'm trying Claritin and it's not doing anything! I tried Allegra but it seems to slightly open my nasal passages and nothing else.

The problem with my nose started about six months ago, where only one nasal passage allowed me to breathe. It is random too because my right nasal passage might be clogged up one hour then it'll switch to the left nasal passage for no reason. I've read that it might be an allergy I have, but I have never had allergies in my life (till now I guess...). I also read that my nasal septum might be deviated, which it is slightly to the left, but would that explain why my congestion switches from passage to passage randomly?

I'm looking for the best over-the-counter medicine because I cant afford a doctor at the moment, haha. If you guys could help me out, I'll really appreciate it. Thanks!

Update:

My nose is never completely clogged or open on it's own. It's always one nasal passage that is open and the other one is closed. It's always random too.

My nose is completely open when I'm doing a cardiovascular activity though. For example ill ride my bike and I'm able to breathe fine. But as soon as I stop it gets clogged up.

Help! and Thanks!

you can try aphrin or stuff like that, but a method you can do any time anywhere.

push on the bridge of your nose between your eyes. then take your tongue and rub firmly back and forth on the roof of your mouth. it will cause your nose bone to rock back and forth (you should be able to feel it moving). do this for about 20 seconds, and your nasal passages should drain.

Sanchez takes Sudafed. Real Sudafed. Pseudoephedrine. May need to scan ID at pharmacy counter for to make sure that don't make methamphetamine. But takes care of problem for without methamphetamine and is very cheap. "fake" not real sudafed is as cheap but will not solve problem. Will cause problem because is not good medicine.
