turkish language question Tamami, Devammi?

Whit my limited knowledge of turkish I can not figure out what this mean :

person A : Tamami, Devammi?

person B : tamam

Does this mean that they continue , or does it mean that they do not continue.

    Person A: Are you done or are you going on?

    Person B: Done.

    Means, they won't continue.

    It might help if you know about the popular TV game show "Deal or No Deal"

    person A: Deal or no deal?

    person B : Deal.
