My legs get way too tired from working at McDonalds...?
I work at McDonalds and everyone else there seems to easily get through the job, but after now 5 weeks working, I still get too tired when I finish. I can barely stand any more after hours standing nonstop. I thought I would get used to it, but haven't yet after 5 weeks.
Is there a way to solve this problem (get less tired)? Is this normal in almost any job?
further info: Male, aged 19, work 7/8 hours including 45min break (which is not always in the middle of the shift).
And no, I can't find another job, so can't change to something else.
Thanks

You may overcome this by sitting and messaging your legs during your break.
Dip your legs is warm water after your work will help to relax your muscles and tension.
You may use non greasy ache relieving cream in coordination with the above.
