Stuffy noses at night...?

Why is it that when you have a cold, they're always worse at night when you're trying to sleep, or early mornings? I've tried to find answers to this and can't.

    I think its because you lay down and the difference in postition makes the dripping pose more of a problem, also during the night you don't get up and get tissues as often as you would during the day. I know when I wake up during times where I have problems with cold or allergies I often feel nauseated when I wake up and a doctor told me it was from my mucus draining down my throat.

    Have you announced some thing into her nutrition through her feed (if breastmilk is mum taking extra dairy or different hypersensitive reaction inducing meals?)? Stuffy nostril is a truly soreness because it makes the youngster stressed and might fear you! I can endorse hanging a bowl of sizzling water with a couple of drops of a decongestant (be certain it's not parked too virtually her and/or that it's youngster pleasant as a few are too robust for infants' nasal tissue). I had this concern with my woman (now 15) from approximately two years onward and was once capable to supply her a decongestant- no longer an choice for you! A little Vicks Vapour Rub is what my brother used to get out in India wherein we grew up...
