Multiply or divide when converting pressure units?
When converting between atm, mmHg, inHg, psi, Pa/kPa, etc., when do you multiply and when do you divide?
Can you show me a basic example of converting between two? Much appreciated.^_^

1 atm = 760 mmHg = 760 torr = 29.92 inHg = 101.325 kPa = 101,325 Pa = 14.70 psi
If you have, for example 800 mmHg, you would divide by 760 mmHg to convert to atm, then multiply by whatever other unit you want to switch to, ex. to kPa, multiply by 101.325 → 106.66 kPa.

there is 760 mm Hg in 1 atm likewise there is 101.3 kPa in 1 atm (552.5 mm Hg / 760 mm Hg) * 101.3 kPa = 73.64 kPa
