I myself have a nice barrel body of a heavy beer drinker that gets all my exercise from carrying those heavy kegs up 3 flights of stairs to my 1 bedroom apartment. I do this at least 3 times a month, 365 days a year.

Okay, so I have this great workout tape that I have watched at least 10 times this week, and I look great, I mean good. I mean watch good. Debbie is so hot, how could I not watch. I mean how can you work out when she's moving like that.

I also carry a folding camp chair with me when I hunt, so I can take a breather/have a beer before I climb into my ground blind.

I haven't seen much game lately, but hey, I am out getting exercise.

Gotta love April 1st. Being a machinist is all the exercise you need.
