Sleep problems. Help? :D?

I'm a freshman in highschool and on average I get about 3-5 hours of sleep every night... I've been doing this every night including weekends for about two or three years straight now and I seriously can't get to bed any earlier that 2:00 am... And even if I try I always wake up 4 hours later unable to go back to sleep. Sometimes it feels worse to try to get more sleep than to just stay up. I don't get it. Theyve put me on a lot of different sleep aids and everything and nothings ever helped. I've been dealing with sleep disorders since I was really little. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to get more sleep without waking up early?

**And I know I'm supposed to be getting like 9 hours or sleep or something, but that means I'd have to go to bed at 9 and with my ballet schedule I could be doing homework until 1 am every night... There's no way I can get nine hours of sleep every night without my grades dropping like crazy

befor you go to sleep make yourself a warm hot chocolate and then go to bed as well run a face towl under HOT water and let it cool down a BIT not too much! then place it ontop of your face and close your eyes, if u r still having problems sleeping try listening to soft classical music while doing all of this :) good luck xx

Sounds like you have a lot on your plate and you need to slow it down and relax. Look up sleep THERAPISTS too.
