What do these articles imply about the "Bush Lie"?

So, out of curiosity, I looked up lies about WMDs in Iraq; then found these, possibly stating the "lie" did not originate from Bush.

It implies that a bunch of people on both sides of the aisle are unwilling to speak up about anything. There WERE WMDs found, and I am not backing GW on this one---after all, he joked later that there were none, confirming to me that GW is complicit in a lot of the current destruction.

It makes for a useless, tired debating point at which Americans hiss and spew at each other while our politicians--DEMOCRATS INCLUDED--voted to go to war on this matter. Something should stand out to each and every person who wants Bush tried for war crimes. How many times in the beginning of Obama's presidency did they claim they were going after him? And how many times after they conveniently distracted you from their current legislative activity did you just never look back? They said several times they were going to do it....then quietly let it fade in the background. So---while I do not know the whole story, this much is quite clear. Our politicians will never do a thing about it, and Americans need to quit fighting over it and focus on here and now. When we have the current mess fixed, we can go back and take a closer look at ALL who lied on the issue. The key word is ALL. If those on the left who are still angry refuse to look at the left also---they need only go marinate in their venom again. The rest of us are done hearing about it.

Cherry picking evidence without checking it's validity may not be "lying", but it is does just as much damamge. The fact that Bush ignored all evidence to the contrary, and kept that evidence secret, while he promoted very questionable evidence from "curveball", because he was selling the war, is as good as lying.

Although U.N. inspectors found no evidence to back up al-Janabi's ("curveball") claims of a biological weapons program, the Bush administration still relied on the bogus evidence to start a war that's led to over 100,000 deaths.

The Bush administration knew that Iraq was not a threat.

He was massively incompetent and Republicans shouldn't be allowed in the White House ever again.
