Shouldn't all corporations that do business here in the states pay taxes?

The budget shows most cash is coming from individual taxes, Social security and payroll taxes and then 300 billion in corporate taxes. now they say Wal mart pays 34% in taxes yet GE pays nothing cause they have law firms find loop holes and they move off shore. Doesn't seem fair and it the corporate taxes are too high, then have the IRS get with congress and figure out a rate that will not only increase revenue but also be fair. I wonder how many pay no taxes, any oil companies?

If GE is on the stock exchange and does business here then they ought to pay some taxes. no telling how much is being lost, although the cap and law firms are making some serious money screwing the IRS.

As far as the estate and gift taxes that looks like it has run under 2% of revenue for al long time at 25 billion and then you know the other thing everyone whines about is "pork" what is that a tiny 7 billion. Seems once again the lobbyists paying billions to our Congress and also employing their families have been able to divide an uneducated population.

Update:

Look at pharmaceutical companies. They charge us 100% but Europe and say canada and mexico are charged only 10% for the same drugs. When the elderly started going cross the border to buy the government shut it down. Once again the lobbyists pay big money to our Congress and Senate to make they cut while the elderly and poor who are trying to get by are stopped from saving on their drugs. hey the Pharma guys donate big money. Yo can check how much at opensecrets.org.

Update 2:

Update 3:

So you think it's fair some pay and others don't? Where would the revenue come from to offset the loss of them paying nothing? Guess the 'rich" or us the taxpayer. notice where the bulk of revenue comes from.

While I do not like anyone being overtaxed. I do think that these corporate loopholes need to be closed.

2/3 of corporations pay zero in taxes. I would only give tax cuts to corporations in America if they hire Americans and enviroment friendly. As the connies say, the corporations will pass it on to the consumer. That only works as long as somebody else does not steal their business away. Blockbuster Video Versus Netflix for example.
