Contact lenses slipping?
So I got rigid contacts for trying out they often slip off my cornea and go somewhere else (or worse even - today it just fell out of my eye). Is this something I should expect or is something wrong?
It is not from touching them or anything else external. Might be that it is from moving eye or blinking, but, if so, it seems kind of weird
First time rigid lenses - not posible to get without going to doctor's to be mesured.

I used to have rigid contacts many years ago although they will have changed a lot by now. Now rigid contacts were more likely to slip than soft contacts however constantly slipping meant bad fit. You do however have to be a lot more careful not to touch your eyes and in particular nto to rub them. They shouldn't fall out easily either , but knocking the side of yoru face could cause this. I found that holding children was particulalry dangerous as they always seemed to touch my face in a way which made the lenses fall out.
