The actual title was Peabody's Improbable History, but everyone who said Peabody & Sherman was close enough. :D

Mr. Peabody and Sherman. I'm not sure it was an independent show but was part if the Rocky and Bullwinkle show. The cartoons were named Peabody's improbable history or something similar to that. You can probably google or YouTube Peabody and Sherman and see if this is what you were looking for.
