Fatty tumor? The Dr called it something else Lymphozina? I am not sure on the spelling?

My daughter has had a hard lump on her chest that is under her bra strap, it is close to the size of a pea. It has been there for at least 6 months now. Every few months it will bruise and the green stuff will come out of it. Can this happen with a fatty tumor? Or any ideas what this could be? It is very pain-full when she touches it.

Thank you

~~If it is filling and purging green stuff I would get a second opinion. Usually fatty tumors (which is what the doc is referring to) are painless, do not have bruising and never have any expulsion. I would have a dermatologist take a look at it. It sounds more like an infection of some sort. I say dermatologist because it must be close to the surface of the skin if it is draining.~~
