Legal will of a person?
A man is having some Property . He made a will to be opened after his death . After he died The Court opened the will . it said "My Property should be equally divided into two & Each division should be given to my two sons out of my three sons". The will was signed by that man and was having two adult witness. My question is out of three sons, The property should be given to which sons. Any advice regarding this matter is welcome.

By mutual agreement between three sons ignoring the will which is not implementable.

The contents of the will are not clear and it will confuse the court regarding the proper disposal of the property as it has not been cleared as to which 2 sons out of 3 will get equal shares. So the Will will be declared as invalid by the court.

If the will does not say which 2 sons the court will probably divide the estate equally between all three

The will be deemd invalid if you try to take solemn probate , because the court will not be able to grant probate as it is not clear who the estate should go to . My advice would be to mediate agree a solution between the parties as a dispute will likely cost more than the value of the estate .
