What charitable organization will pick up a used clothes dryer (in perfect working condition)?

Got a new washer/dryer combo today. My Maytag died and I was told it was a $600 repair. The matching dryer is in perfect condition, and I'd like to donate it somewhere rather than have it thrown out.

    Nowhere any more. Do freecycle.org. Maybe one is looking there

    Call a Habitat for Humanity store. Some are listed as Restore Store.

    In some parts of the country the Salvation Army. Otherwise list it in the paper as "FREE" they come and pick it up. Also give away on Craigslist
