Why hasn't the media questioned obama's new war?

What are we getting for our money? These people hate us yet come crying for us to save them. Why are we spending the money on a worthless cause?

He's their boy; George sure got blamed and he followed proper procedure and got bipartisan support for both of his wars.

    Hello from Ireland♣

    - As someone who has lived through years of conflict and seen the horror of civil and political contention, I cannot condone war for wars sake. However I wouldn't consider the lives of innocent civilians worthless, these people do not enjoy the luxury of having the basic human rights that we enjoy in the West. We have a moral responsibility to give humanitarian support to our fellow human beings. Ideally these conflicts could be remedied through diplomatic means however the dictators in these countries are not prepared to negociate a political and peaceful solution.

The U.S has benefited from cheap oil from these countries, their ''governments'' (corrupt or not) have funded the expansion of many of the colleges and universities in Europe America and Britain. The Western world has happily sold them fire arms and weapons - the same weapons these autocratic governments have used to intimidate and murder their own people.

The uprisings would not have happened if 'we' didn't choose to turn a blind eye to these dictatorships and human rights abuses for years.

Having stability in the Middle East will benefit the world Stock Market, which will in turn benefit the governments in the U.S Europe Britain Africa and beyond.

I hope you reconsider the conclusions you have made on these sad and unfortunate situations. Its a highly emotive and complicated subject, and there are no right or wrong answers to these problems, however I pray that no more blood is shed as a result of these hostilities ♥

The mainstream media has always sided with the government when it comes to wars. They were supportive of the Vietnam War, Gulf War, Afghanistan, Iraq, and now Libya. They're hardly an "independent press."

The media is only showing what the media controllers say its ok for you to see or whatyou are SUPPOSED to see.

The real citizens still hate Americans? Probably. Note that the ones who are supposedly begging for help - well, they are not specifically calling for "AMERICANS" , but the UN.

    Pay close attention.

Because the media is controlled by the Illuminati. The Middle East has to be destroyed by design, then Africa is next according to the elitist agenda. The U.S. is the toughest nut to crack; martial law won't be declared until an orchestrated catastrophe(like a full-scale depression) grants the internationalists an opportunity to justify the presidential executive orders to disarm citizens--which is standing in their way of forming the North Atlantic Union...Canada, U.S. and Mexico. The' Rex 84' initiative concerning the hundreds of detention centers(death camps), stockpiled coffin liners and double-decker trains with shackles are on standby for FEMA to handle such a matter.

FEMA is the continuity of government; when/if the president declares a national emergency, FEMA takes over the executive branch and ushers totalitarian martial law--all according to plan. U.S troops along with UN troops(already present on our soil) will sweep across the land under FEMA's direction. And finally the One World government begins--since we're the last of the holdouts, with our national sovereignty and all.

The reason why we're in Iraq and Afganistan--our are troops getting urban warfare training, so when they arrive back home, they'll be seasoned and ready for the upcoming martial law.

***Rumors(take a grain of salt with this one) also have it that allied forces are also securing ancient 'artifacts' in Iraq--top secret.

The mass media hasn't covered it because they are owned/controlled by corporations and wealthy individuals who have interests in the continuation of the war.

Because it is France's new war, not the USA's. Try to pay attention to facts, they really are a lot more boring than the internet would like for them to be, I know, but they will get you farther in the long run.

In existing strategy, it is still in the range of humanitarian aim. However, McCain is proposing the escalation of the scale of the support.

Your premise is false. They've question the Libyan intervention. I guess you should learn how to read.

Most of the media is liberal so they don't question him naturally. It is all a biased process.
