Can I be bonded if I was discharged from a bankruptcy?

    That all depends on the bonding company and your laws where you are, some companies will and some will not.}{

    A discharged bankruptcy shouldn't affect bonding at all. Bonding is affected primarily by criminal charges or credit which shows potentially desparate financial situations...

    A discharged bankruptcy shows just the opposite...it shows that you've taken care of the debt and are no longer under the gun for it.
