Leave her alone - my freakin' word...! Do you stand outside the bathroom and time how long it takes her to poop too? You are being WAY TOO INVASIVE and controlling. Your are not her prison guard - you are her parent. Adjust to the little person born into your home - don't sit there ridiculing her over her unique way of eating when it is so insignificant to you, but essential to her, and future eating issues you are going to set up.
Slow eater, and just fine. If I had a parent like this, I'd have even more issues.
Slow eating is better for you - eating fast is a factor in obesity and not listening to your body's cues because your body is already full before the feeling of fullness has a chance to develop. Really - leave her alone.

why ? at least the child is eating - I had a child that didn't eat at all until I found out he had Asthma - have you taken her to the doctor ? she may have choked at some point and is making sure her food is chewed properly - im afraid there are a lot more things that are going to 'get on your nerves' as a parent you will just have to grow up and deal with them

What's wrong with eating slowly? I mean she isn't really bothering anything if she eats at the table when everyone else is finished or where ever she eats. If you want her to be quicker tell her she has a time limit (a normal time plus a little bit more) and whatever isn't finished is done, I'd still give her a bedtime snack or something. Do you sit with her while she eats? Don't. Let her sit by herself until she's finished.

You could try to lead by example, show her that eating faster is better and when she does eat even a little bit faster give her a lot of positive reinforcement (praise, good job, high five, etc.) then progressively keep telling/showing her to eat faster and with enough time and patience she should be eating as fast as you've shown her.

chewing your food is good for you, but if she is still doing this at 13 years old or something like that, then ask her to eat faster ;) lol

Chewing a lot is good! It helps your stomach! Why not just let her chew as many times as she wants to?

My 5 year old does the same thing. We set a timer and give him a reasonable time limit. It works for him, and he is excited to finish early. Of course we don't starve him. If the timer runs out and he has not finished he loses some play time or a treat.

quick eating leads to obesity.
maybe she's not that hungry.
wrap it up and present it again later
and also she may have reflux and need to eat slower for digestion
help her cut up her food smaller.
or in any case, maybe she doesn't really like the menu.
