Please tell me that Harold Camping is wrong.?

He´s come up with this crap before and got it wrong. See you on the 22nd.

Harold Camping was wrong in 94'. The Bible says 'the day of the Lord shall come like a thief in the night.' Nobody knows when He is coming. Do not be scared. Read Luke chapter 21. All of those things must come to pass, and then our Lord will return. The Bible says that the Son of Man does not know nor do the angels know. . .for anyone else to say they know when. . .I dare to question their sanity. Be patient. We can't say when it will happen.

Nobody knows when the world is going to end.

The Day and Hour Unknown

36“No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,f but only the Father. 37As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 40Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.

Do not let end of the world prophesies bother you, there have been hundreds throughout the years. In fact, our dear friend Harold mad a false prophesy before this one as well. Jesus said only the Father in Heaven knows the time. That is enough for me, I won't know unless it happens and am completely fine with that. These people are after money and power, they are false prophets, the Jews used to have much worse penalties for that sort of jackassery.

He is wrong. The bible doesn't give a date, he's just making crap up. Religious people can do that without being called on it because it's considered impolite to question one's closely held personal beliefs.

Well, Jesus said he wouldn't know the day or the hour, so that's good enough for me. Don't be scared, okay? He's wrong, and if I'M not mistaken, he was wrong before about the same thing. Talk to you again on May 22. 'kay?
