I do not have access to aloe or anything and I was wondering what I can do to help it? I have access to water, sunscreen, and chap stick.. can any of this help??
its so bad that I am shivering, beat red with yellowish blisters and swollen skin, It is mostly on my arms and back, but the most pain is on my arms. Anyone have any ideas on how to soothe me?

Yeah, that sounds bad, sounds like you have heat stroke, get to a doctor, you need treatment for those burns.

Shivering, swollen skin and yellowish blisters isn't going to be cured by Aloe Vera or any after sun. I would book in to see a doctor straight away. Best of luck with it.

You have suffered from second-degree sunburn. You REALLY need to see a doctor if at all possible. What you are describing is SERIOUS sun damage that could easily become cancer if not treated NOW.
