ebay listing fee question?
ok, so i put something on ebay for 99p start with a £100 buy-it-now, i pay for the listing fee and i pay for the privelage of the buy-it-now option, this I understand HOWEVER as soon as someone bids, the buy-it-now option i.e. £100 in this case disappears, but I have paid for this option, surely this isn't right?
not sure i'm explaining this right, how can ebay charge for a buy-it-now option, then remove that very option after someone has bid (on an auction format with a buy-it-now) - surely thats like buying a car, paying extra for some alloy wheels then the garage taking the wheels off?

yep that's one of the ways they get the funds out of you and eat into your progits. of course if someone did buy on buy it now then it wouldn't be so bad .

Nope - thats exactly how it works! As soon as someone BINS it, the auction is finished.
Ohhh and do BINS at say £99.99 - its a cheaper listing fee!!
