I don't think it's possible, you can't control your tonsils like that. Most of the tonsil stones are dislodged with either a Q-Tip, water pick or some other instrument.
One way to get rid of tonsil stones is to get your tonsil removed. Talk to your doctor about it.
If you just want the doctor to remove your tonsil stones - either a dentist, an ENT (ear nose and throat specialist) or a Nurse Practitioner might do it, but you have to ask first.
Another thing - your diet might be making them worse.
Drink plenty of water, cut down on caffeine. Reduce the amount of protein-rich foods, such as peanut butter, fish, eggs and rice.
Make sure your last meal is at least 30 minutes or more before you bed time. Any left over food particles will bond to your tonsil during the night and since there isn’t any liquid to wash them down will calcify and become tonsil stones.
Finally, limit your consumption of alcohol, including alcohol based mouthwash. Alcohol aggravates your tonsils, which in turn aggravate your tonsil stones.
In my opinion, however, the best way to get rid of tonsil stones are home remedies. They are painless, easy and fast. See the source below for three of them.
