Maximum growth is upto 16 years age..most of the girls stops at this age...there may be some exceptions..

there is a range, some stop early others near 20 you can't increase height through diet it's mostly genetic

I personally know someone who grew another inch and a half between 19 and 20.. so take heart. Good nutrition couldn't hurt.
