Why is my wife acting like this?

In the past week, out of the blue she started asking me how many girls I talk to.. she made me open my facebook page and check all my emails to see how many... ive talked to 11 girls from the girls side of my gaming clan asking questions about the clan etc. after she saw that she freaked out, and i told her why i was talking to them, she asks me how come you dont talk to the guys? I say, I do you just didnt look at how many guys I talked to only the girls.  then she says that she resents me because I get to do whatever I want when Im not working while she has to finish homework for her masters, I tell her that shes the one that chose to go to school for her degree and that she needs to finish even if she dosen't want caz i dont want to pay for her dropping out of school. Yes I play alot of video games during the weekend but its when she is doing homework, and she wont let me clean the house because it makes her feel bad that im cleaning and she isnt, but i cant play games becuase it pisses her off.and it turns into this big huge argument to where we havent talked in 12 hours. anyone have any ideas why she as completly went off the charts on this? even if you dont answer I just needed to vent a bit. thanks in advance.

something in particular is bothering your wife. it could be that she's getting frustrated with her degree, she wants to spend time getting involved with you. but instead she has to do homework. so she ends up resenting the time u spend on ur own. she is jealous of anything you are doing without her. weekends is when you are free and she can't be with you.

there could also be something else on her mind. well whatever it is, she is venting it out you by having arguments. since you are also her best friend you should just give her a tight hug and ask her what exactly is bothering her. tell her that you understand something is on her mind and therefore she is irritated. ask her what it is and that maybe you can fix it.
