Dilemma-Opinions Needed.?

Here goes. I have been on my job for 11 years, I'm 50 years old. At first I had all benefits paid for by the company. Well after 6 years the boss cut off the dental-- Ok I can deal with that, because my dentist will take payments. Anyway I have come to find out after July 1, 2011 the boss is doing away with the health Insurance. Arr! I've looked at health plans but they cost to much to support my income. Now the thing is do I stay at my job and I know the job markets stinks at this time or do I try and find another job with benefits even if I have to take a cut in pay. What would you do or suggest. Thanks.

First, do some research on the cost of self-insurance and ask insurer particularly EXACTLY how the claim process works. Get very straight on this. Sometimes it's possible to join a plan with others in the same boat, which makes it cheaper. Not everyone has access the excessive extended benefits available to new blue ruling (for as long it lasts, anyway). So shop around for a basic plan. Once you know how much it would cost you to obtain coverage, you'll be able to assess the situation. Frankly, it sounds like your company is going down, so job hunting is probably a very good idea whatever the insurance cost. Start asking some questions about the company's solvency to ensure you are not already working for nothing. Remember that employees are but unsecured creditors - the bottom of the heap - if/when company goes bust.

First, make sure that is legal in your state. Now this becomes hard: finding a job at your age may be very hard; finding single coverage health insurance (also at your age) will be hard & expensive. You will need to get estimates from several insurance plans (try a broker); look at HMOs which are cheaper than PPOs. Then weight those costs against the ability to take a job. The cut in pay may pale against what you would have to pay for insurance.

I feel yams and mashed potatoes are a well suggestion and in case you worry your visitors would possibly not revel in candy meat, I would not do it. It all will depend on what number of humans you're having. If you're having a BIG institution of humans, like me, seventy five or extra, I'd do a different meat. It's particularly as much as you and your long run hubby which one making a decision to do despite the fact that. If you're having a small institution like forty or beneath I'd nonetheless move with the suggestion to do additional meat given that it would not be too pricey although you probably did get left with a few left overs. If you could have a institution among forty-70 humans, I'd simply move with the consistent menu and now not upload the additional meat however might be simply potatoes. That's what I could do, best my opinion. God bless!
