Computer accessory to prevent crash in the case of a short power outage?

Just wondering if there is such an accessory.

Where I am there are frequently power outages that last for under 1 min and I was wondering if there's a cheap option that would keep the computer running for the time that it takes for the power to return.

Like say if there was a sort of generator that could last for 10 mins or so which allowed the computer to run off power from the outlet normally but in case of a shutdown takes over until it returns.

Update:

I have a 650 W power supply in my computer. Do I need to get an Uninterruptible Power Supply that has a higher W rating or would something that's 450W-600W work fine?

What you're looking for is a ups, or uninterruptable power supply, it looks like a beefy surge protector and has a battery pack built into it. You can find them at most electronics stores and even walmart may carry some. They are a little pricey but im sure you can find one to suit your needs.

you can go to a store and buy a backup battery with surge protection. After a surge, It wil keep your computer on for a little while so you can safely sve your data and turn off your computer safely.
