You can like or dislike videos and also thumbs up or thumbs down on peoples comments. If a comment gets too many thumbs down it goes to spam, same situation as yahoo answers. Also if a comment had 25 thumbs up and one person thumbed it down yes it would go down to 24. You can't thumbs up on you're own video comments it's just based off of everybody else. If you do get an account and make videos I would recommend changing the setting so that people can still comment but the thumbs up and down option is not available. It's stupid and people will thumb down just to troll you.
