get in shape in 2 weeks?
Hi everyone.
I'm male 34, 5 foot 10, and around 70KG (154lbs)
So I am a reasonable shape, I climb regularly so my arms are ok, but I need to tone my belly in 2 weeks for a beach holiday.
I am thinking of doing some running, and leg raises on my pull-up bar, sit-ups and press-ups for the next 2 weeks to get a flatter belly. i don't really need to lose much/any weight.
if anyone has any tips on whether I am planning the correct type of exercise, or has any other suggestions please let me know.

That's a great schedule. But, if you don't need to lose weight, running isn't really too needed there.
