I was walking to school to revise for my exams and it felt like beinde my knee, ripped and i could barely bend my knee. It still really, really hurts now, my leg is acheing badly around my knee, and it really does hurt i just want to cry :( It feels like from the knee below, my leg is slowly pulling off. i really dont want to move it, It doesnt feel like ive pulled a muscle, ive done that alot before, but this just stings so much and makes everything ache and hurt. any ideas please?

It sounds like you have a sprained or strained tendon Abbie. If you don't exercise often, the tendon could get tight and when you walked to school, especially if it was in the morning, it pulled the tendon beyond its normal length, so the best thing to do is apply ice on the back of your knee and give the tendon a rest, and then when it feels better, do stretching exercises to keep your tendons and ligaments loose and ply able.
