old cartoon anyone know this one?

I was trying to find an old movie. All i remember is that it is over 20 yrs old. It was about frogs and a giant catfish or bullhead. One frog is beaten up buy another one because something he did got ones father eaten. At the end the cat fish had eaten some clams or something like em and they are poking him while in his stomach. In pain the fish jumps out of the small pond and into the huge lake/ ocean. Its ben eating at me for a whiledoes anyone know this one?

The second one is about warriors and its based in the futor after this world is run down and in ruins. They are always traveling around finding surviving others some have been mutated. Any ideas about finding listing of old cartoon movies. At work we were talking about old cartoons and couldnt find the names of these onbes any help would be aprieciated :)
