How do I get rid of this?

Whenever something bad happens in my family or like a fight or an argument, I always find a way to blame it on myself. Like if I did something bad, and my mom and dad fight, I blame it on myself because I did this. I need help. I want to stop doing this because I know it's not all my fault but I can't help myself. Like for example, if I just went on the computer, and I hear a fight starting, I immediately leave the computer and blame myself, thinking that it happened because I went to the computer. Another one is like when I break a promise, and a fight happens. I need help, how do I stop blaming myself?

I fell this way constantly, but what you need to do is to tell yourself "i did not cause this fight it is not my fault" and we all break promises, and people always fight, but the only time you can blame yourself this if you personally hurt a persons feeling, but not because someone else is fighting, its not your fault sweetie, and you will stop feeling this way, if you just tell your self its not your fault
