You can use softscrub. Rub it in with some water and let it soak for a bit then clean as usual.

Baking soda and water .. Make a paste 1 part water to 4 parts baking soda you wanna make a paste so that it is thin enough to spread but thick enough so that it doesnt run from where you apply it . You wanna put this on the burnt food areas and you may have to let it sit for awhile , as for the grease vinegar cuts grease , it also removes burnt on foods . and when cleaning a black stove its hard to get one clean without having it look like its got streaks on it , and the vinegar will not streak if you use a cotton or microfiber clothe to wipe it down when your done ..

If the burnt on food is bad and you need your stove cleaned fast get some stuff thats called super clean tough task cleaner and degreaser , its in a purple bottle normally found at stores such as wal-mart in the automotive section why its there I dont know because it can be used to clean anything , and it works amazingly . example : rental house tile behind stove was literally yellow and brown and sticky with grease looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in 3 years , we tried everything even brillo pads nothing worked sprayed this stuff on let it set 15 min sprayed it again and the grease was coming off . It works amazingly and its actually not that expensive a gallon is around $7.something , and a spray bottle around $3 ..

Sprinkle our stove with tapioca flour. Tapioca Flour is a very easy material to absorb oil

    - Align with our hands so that all of the affected part of the oil can be closed with the average starch

    - Clean (rag) with a dry cloth

Now the stove can be free from oil and dirt that seems difficult to clean

That nasty smelling oven cleaner spray. Works every time. You just have to leave it on overnight and then clean up is a easy peasy.

Make a paste with baking soda and water. Let sit awhile and gentle buff out.
