Questions about pre menopause?
I am in my 40s and my cycles are starting to become very irregular, in additon, I saw my OBYGYN and got examined, but I find I cry easily at times and feel off balance, my question is this normal and what are ways to properly deal with theses symptoms so I can have a more balanced body?

It's normal for your age. I'm going through it right now. You can see your doctor about Hormone Replacement Therapy to help with the see-saw of emotions caused by the hormone levels fluctuating. Also consider taking up Yoga, this will help in stabilising your emotions... and makes you feel good too.
