Please help me with 8th grade graduation dress situation!?

Hi, 

I am graduating from 8th grade June 9th, and i am desperate for a graduation dress!!!
At my school, girls go COMPLETELY over the top. (Betsey Johnson, Bloomingdales, Barneys, any place with dresses over 200 dollars....) I know that makes my school look really stuck up. 

My budget though, is 100 dollars. So I need help finding a dress. I have no preference where is is from, as long as it is in the budget. 

I would like a floral/pink/ strapless, above the knee dress, but again, I am truly open to anything. 


If you can give me reliable websites, or specific dresses, either would be appreciated.

Accesssorizes like thick belts and little necklesses help alot!
