I've actually had those giant deep fried pork tenderloin sandwiches a time or two and they are, indeed, wonderful! I'm a California girl, born and raised, but my parents were from Illinois and Missouri. I grew up with complete meals, meaning salad, veges, main dish and dessert....all homemade most of the time. My mom had a pressure cooker that would put out some of the best food I'd ever tasted. My favorite was a dish that was made of boneless shortribs and egg noodles. I've never been able to replicate it, but I sure do remember how wonderful it was! She also made a homemade cherry pie that would melt in your mouth....

WoW!!! nicely i assumed MY husband became a mommas boy! you have married your self to a very immature mommas boy. The bible even says a guy is to leave his mom and dad and cleave to his spouse. you could no longer stay as a married couple and make a kin if he in undemanding terms desires to be up under his momma continuously. Is he nonetheless breastfeeding? possibly thats why he's there each and every of the time LOL. Sorry yet for real, you will spend something of your marriage in opposition together with his mom in case you do no longer positioned a end to it now. i'm managing that now and its a no win subject. I certainly think of you're able to desire to evaluate different concepts and seem for a guy who's extra on your point.

A traditional English dish is roast beef and Yorkshire puddings with two veg and gravy, YUMMY!
Also Sausages and mashed potato and gravy and pies (could be steak and kidney or pork) with mushy peas and mint sauce Yummy!
Fish and chips is another great English favourite with salt and vinegar and eaten out of a newspaper!
Apple pie is a great favourite dessert too.
This was a really good question!

I grew up in Lancashire (NW England), Lancashire Hotpot was a staple, as was Tripe, Black Pudding (Pig's blood), and Chorley cakes.
I now live in Kent in the SE, just a short walk from a little fishing harbour, famed locally for it's Oysters (which I've never sampled)

I'm originally from the midwest USA, and I can say it's the giant breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. Sure, beef is popular, but nowhere else contends for the best breaded pork tenderloin sandwich.
