You'll need qualifications to work as a health professional. Some mainstream hospital jobs are physiotherapist, occupational therapist, podiatrist, dietician, social worker, radiographer, speech pathologist, phlebotomist (take blood), pathology technician, medical laboratory technician, ward clerk, rehabilitation counselor, medical librarian.

cleaner, alot of admin jobs, cook.. If you just want to work in a hospital because you enjoy the atmosphere i would try an admin job, i did work experience in a hospital and spent alittle time with admins, their job isnt easy but i did find it pretty enjoyable
