Question about Star Wars? BEST ANSWER WILL BE CHOSEN?

Watch episodes 4, 5, 6 first and then 1,2 and lastly 3. It starts with "a new hope" :)

Episode 4 was released first, but if you haven't seen Star Wars yet, start with Episode 1 and go chronologically to episode 6 (which is the last one). These go in the correct storyline order.

Although the story is in order from Episode I through VI, I would go with when the movies came out (Episode IV which most people simply call Star Wars, or did before the prequels came out, then The Empire Strikes Back, then Return of the Jedi). Episode I through III, although maybe not the worst movies out there, are a poor representation of the high quality of the "later" episodes.

When the movies were made, george lucas didn't expect them to be such a hit. So, he started with what he considered to be the most interesting part of the book. That's 4. Then he made 5 then 6. If you want the story from start to finish, start with 1. End with 6. There will be a noticeable difference in the early movies and the first movies but watch them from1 to 6.

People say start with four since it was the first film released but if you've never seen the movies then start at one since it's a single story line.
