To PREVENT them, wash your face with a towel every morning and night. In the middle of the day, check the mirror and wipe your eyes with a tissue. That helps me, and I hardly ever get any comments about my eyes.

maybe try what the person above me said. The only time that I have my eyes get like that is when I first wake up and sometimes it can get so bad that I can barely even open my eyes lol but that's also rare. I never thought of doing what the person above said though for the eyes not to get like that when I wake up
