Technically, none. We are offering support to the governments of Afghanistan and Iraq, and the campaign against Lybia is a NATO effort, though NATO forces are primarily American. Much effort has been made to define Lybia as "non-war," but some would say we are at war with Lybia.

Maybe only one: North Korea. The North Koreans only signed a long-term cease-fire (which has been broken a few times since it was signed in 1953). Then again, the US never formally declared war on North Korea. So, depending on how "war" is interpreted, we are at war with none or one.

From a lot of stuff posted on this site you would think it was at war with every other country in the world or at the least some of the people in them.

Iraq and Afghanistan. They're also supporting NATO in the Libya bombings, and they're also independently bombing Al Qaeda "targets" in Pakistan and Yemen.
